Prior to this, he played a key role at 360 Group of Companies as Head of Multi-Utilities, Project Compliance and R&D, managing national contracts worth up to £60 million, improving compliance KPIs by 20%, and embedding robust CDM 2015 and environmental practices. His global experience also includes specialist HSQE consultancy roles across the North Sea, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the Gulf of Mexico, where he significantly reduced incidents and implemented industry-leading DROPS (Dropped Object Prevention) management systems across 26 land rigs for Schlumberger working for Saudi Aramco. With a BSc (Hons) in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and professional registration through the Engineering Council (CEng), Robert has built a distinguished career across the UK energy sector. His previous consultancy role as Partner at R&L Project Services LLP saw him supporting clients such as National Grid, Cadent, and Costain with end-to-end engineering services - from authoring and approving NRO/RO procedures to acting as AE/CP under SCO protocols, and delivering advanced NDT, welding and phased array inspections. Tony Latter Head of Operations Tony Latter is a senior utilities and engineering professional with over 23 years of operational leadership experience in the gas and multi-utilities sector. As Head of Operations at Clee Pipelines Construction Contracting LLC, Tony plays a pivotal role in driving project execution, workforce management, and operational efficiency across the company’s growing portfolio of major gas and water infrastructure projects in the UAE. Tony began his career in 2002 as an apprentice in gas network operations and has steadily progressed through the industry, taking on increasingly senior roles, culminating in director-level responsibilities. He brings deep technical knowledge across gas mains repair, leakage management, new connections and pipeline replacement, from small-diameter Tier 1 to large-scale Tier 3 distribution works. Before joining Clee Pipelines Construction Contracting LLC, Tony served as Head of Operations at TGL Group Limited, where he led the development of a new Energy Division specialising in multi-utility installation. He played a key role in managing Lloyd’s accreditations (NERS, GIRS, WIRS) and oversaw complex utility projects valued at up to £40 million, ensuring compliance, safety and delivery excellence.
