Steven Hills is a highly respected, industry-leading Health & Safety and Plant Trainer with over 30 years of hands-on experience in utility projects across the UK. His career spans from grassroots operative roles to senior positions in project management, health & safety leadership, and training management for some of the UK’s top utility infrastructure providers.
Currently serving as Head of Training at Clee Pipelines Construction Contracting LLC – UAE, Steven leads the company’s strategic expansion into large-scale water and gas training delivery, leveraging his deep technical expertise and practical insight.
In addition to his UAE role, Steven continues to oversee UK operations as Managing Director of the award-winning, Hills Safety & Training Services Ltd, an independent consultancy established in 2020. The company holds approved training provider status under the UK Energy and Utility Skills Registration Scheme.
Steven is certified to deliver Utility SHEA training across Water, Gas, Drains & Sewers, Power, Core, Telecommunications, and Cross-Country Pipelines, as well as the National Water Hygiene Scheme. He is also an approved provider for specialized training programs including:
